Job summary

BrightStar Care of Lubbock is seeking a Skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes across Borger, Pampa, and surrounding communities.

You’ll work PRN with a $30 per visit rate plus incentives and weekly pay. Requirements include a Texas LVN license, minimum 1 year of nursing experience, and current BLS/CPR certification. The role supports independent practice.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Wound care experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to each patient’s plan of care.
• Monitor patients and recognize changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Educate patients and families about ongoing care.
• Communicate with physicians and other members of the care team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
