Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate heavy equipment such as trucks, loaders, dozers, and backhoes. The role includes daily checks, equipment maintenance, and secure storage to support project sites.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on equipment operation and maintenance experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability in varied outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in equipment operating and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance check.
• Clean heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required.
• Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored.
• Advise Foreman of any requirements for maintenance or repairs.
• Participate in routine maintenance.
• Practice workplace safety.
• Maintain inventory.
