Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate a variety of heavy equipment, including loaders, dozers, trenchers, and trucks, while following company policies.

The role requires at least 3 years of equipment operating experience, daily safety and maintenance checks, and capacity to perform light maintenance tasks and inventory upkeep. Candidates must be able to work 8+ hours daily, with some overtime and weekend work, in outdoor environments near traffic and water.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience operating and maintaining equipment.
• Ability to perform daily safety and maintenance checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively to minimize risk of injury, property damage, or loss of life.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Clean heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required.
• Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored.
• Advise Foreman of any maintenance or repair needs.
• Participate in routine maintenance and practice workplace safety.
• Maintain inventory.
