Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and ability to read and follow detailed production specs.
• Minimum of two years of industrial experience preferred; coating/adhesive/mixing processes and web handling are pluses.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs with assistance; stand for long periods and operate in a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate laminating equipment and follow work orders to meet specifications.
• Perform set-ups and routine maintenance to ensure optimum machine performance.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections and document results.
• Record production data in the shop floor system accurately and timely.
• Maintain clean, safe work area in line with 5S standards.
• Participate in IPS and safety audits as required.
