**Job Overview:**Job Summary Primoris Heavy Civil is seeking a skilled laborer for our Lockport, LA operations. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks to support heavy civil construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. Job Responsibilities\\*\\* \\* Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including clearing debris, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining tools and equipment. \\* Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively, such as shovels, rakes, picks, jackhammers, saws, and compactors. \\* Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth to grade specifications. \\* Assist in the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures, scaffolding, and shoring. \\* Perform basic carpentry, concrete work, and masonry tasks as directed. \\* Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures. \\* Work collaboratively with other team members, supervisors, and subcontractors. \\* Perform flagging duties to control traffic flow around construction zones. \\* Assist with the installation of pipes, utilities, and other infrastructure components. \\* Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to a supervisor immediately.
