Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical/drug screening.
• Moderate to heavy lifting (more than 15 pounds).
• Work outdoors in all seasons and in varied weather.
• Comfort around heavy equipment and clear communication with crew and pedestrians.
• Be comfortable at heights and in confined spaces with PPE and training.

Responsibilities

• Perform flagging, traffic closures and related tasks.
• Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces and remove debris.
• Install erosion and sediment controls (e.g., silt fence).
• Perform manual labor to support projects as needed.
• Must wear safety toe boots, long pants and protective gear; PPE provided.
• Work on a variety of tasks within any given day.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
