Job summary

Western Specialty Contractors is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our branch production team as Skilled Laborers. You will perform masonry, waterproofing, caulking or concrete repair tasks within a defined work area, following established safety and quality standards.

The role may require weekends, nights, and travel. Competitive pay ranges from $18–$21 per hour, plus benefits and ESOP ownership, with opportunities for hands-on field experience and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and math skills to comprehend safety policies and instructions.
• Ability to read drawings and follow precise procedures.
• Comfort with working at heights, extreme temperatures and lifting 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform work within a designated area according to standard craft practices.
• Complete tasks for masonry, waterproofing, caulking or concrete repair as assigned.
• Maintain safety and quality while working with tools and materials on site.
