Austin Bridge & Road is seeking General Laborers for construction projects in Duncanville, Texas. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals to grow with us.

The laborers will support the project and crew with various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Able to follow instructions
• Support skilled trades
• Hand digging / trenching
• Pour concrete
• Place asphalt
• Set forms
• Traffic control
• Place erosion control devices
• General site cleanup and maintenance
• Follow safety policies & procedures
• Work hours may include days, nights, and weekends to meet project needs
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety
• Diligent in safe work practices
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (we cannot sponsor visas)
