Austin Bridge & Road is seeking skilled laborers for construction projects in Sister Grove, Texas. We are committed to excellence and are looking for talented construction professionals eager to grow with us.

The laborers will support the project and crew with various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Able to follow instructions
• Support skilled trades
• Hand digging / trenching
• Pour concrete
• Place asphalt
• Set forms
• Traffic control
• Place erosion control devices
• Site cleanup and maintenance
• Follow safety policies & procedures
• Work hours may include days, nights, and weekends, adjusted to project needs
• Work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Strong commitment to safety
• Demonstrated safe work practices
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
