Job description

Tired of building someone else's dream while yours stays on hold?

What if your hard work was valued, your skills respected, and you could go home every day knowing you built something that actually matters?

At Crown Co., we're looking for more than someone who can swing a hammer. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way. Someone who notices the details others miss. Someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and seeing a project come together because of the work they put in.

If you're the kind of person who would rather be building, fixing, creating, and improving than sitting behind a desk, keep reading.

This Isn't Just Another Construction Job.

Every project is different. One week you may be remodeling a facility, the next you're building new structures or improving properties across Empire Farms. You'll work alongside people who believe in helping each other succeed, taking pride in quality craftsmanship, and enjoying the journey together.

When the workday is over, you'll be surrounded by teammates who spend their time hunting, fishing, racing, cheering on their favorite teams, or making memories with their families. We work hard because we value what we're building at work—and the life we're building outside of it.

The Person We're Looking For
You're Someone Who
  • Takes ownership without waiting to be told.
  • Finds satisfaction in quality craftsmanship.
  • Enjoys learning new skills and improving every day.
  • Solves problems instead of making excuses.
  • Can work independently but knows how to be a great teammate.
  • Shows up on time because people count on you.
  • Takes pride in leaving every jobsite better than you found it.
  • Believes integrity matters, even when no one is watching.
  • Wants a career—not just another paycheck.
What You'll Be Doing

You'll support a wide variety of construction, remodeling, maintenance, and facility improvement projects by:

  • Demolishing and preparing work areas while protecting existing structures.
  • Reading blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Measuring, framing, installing, repairing, and finishing construction projects.
  • Installing doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, drywall backing, and finish carpentry.
  • Completing repairs and building maintenance across company facilities.
  • Coordinating with project managers and teammates to keep projects moving.
  • Operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
  • Loading, organizing, and maintaining tools and materials.
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
  • Ensuring every project meets our standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Some travel may be required depending on project needs.
