Foster Remodeling Solutions in Lorton, VA is seeking a Design Build Lead Carpenter to oversee projects from start to finish. What you'll own

You’ll run projects start to finish, foundation to final walkthrough. Framing, additions, trim, cabinetry, tile, the whole scope. You’ll schedule the subs, order the materials, keep the inspections on track, and keep the site broom‑clean and safe every single day. Just as important: you’ll mentor our apprentices and crews, because the craft only survives if someone bothers to pass it on. And you’ll be the face the homeowner sees....the steady, straight‑talking pro who makes a stressful remodel feel handled.

What you bring

• 10+ years of lead carpentry/project management experience
• Real depth in residential additions, framing, trim, and cabinet setting
• Fluency with local building codes and the judgment to build it right the first time
• Pride in a tidy worksite, a square corner, and a promise kept
• High school diploma or GED
