Job summary

Higher Purpose Homes Ltd in Durango, Colorado is hiring for a hands-on construction role. You’ll join a small team building structural wall, floor, and roof systems that become homes for families across our region. No years of framing experience required. You’ll learn to read production drawings, operate tools safely, measure and cut lumber, build high‑quality panels, and suggest improvements to our processes as we pursue continuous improvement.
