Job summary

A-Line EDS in Waterloo, IA is seeking an entry-level industrial technician to work indoors and outdoors year-round, scrapping and recycling electrical equipment.

Starting pay is $18.00–$21.00 per hour with potential raise after 90 days, plus overtime on Saturdays; benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, sort materials, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial, mechanical, or outdoor work experience preferred.
• Experience operating heavy equipment (forklifts, skid steers, material handlers, or cranes) preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Must pass drug test, background check, and physical.

Job description

• $18.00–$21.00/hour to start | Up to $2.00/hour raise after 90 days
• 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM–3:45 PM
• OT and Saturdays available as needed
• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance as low as $15 per week
