Job summary

• $18.00 - $21.00 to start depending on experience, up to $2.00 raise at 90 days
• 40 hours of PTO after 90 days
• Medical, Dental and vision insurance as low as $15 per week
• Monday through Friday with OT and Saturdays as needed
• 1st or 2nd shift available

What You'll Do:

• Work Indoor and/or outdoor year‑round to scrap and recycle electrical equipment
• Operate industrial tools and equipment to cut and dismantle transformers
• Hand sort and separate materials based on metal type
• Operate forklifts and material handlers to move heavy loads
• Follow strict safety protocols in a fast‑paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of industrial, mechanical, or outdoor work experience preferred
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred (e.g., forklifts, skid steers, material handlers, or overhead cranes)
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Must complete a favorable drug test, background check, and physical
