Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. is hiring Skilled Laborers, Carpenters, and Construction Professionals for commercial construction projects in and around Westbrook, Maine.

The team will handle framing, finish work, and installing doors/windows while reading blueprints and schematics to ensure precise installations. Responsibilities include installing wood and metal framing, trim, crown molding, siding, and roof truss components, plus site cleanup and material handling.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial construction experience required.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
• Overtime availability when needed.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Strong professional references supporting work history.
