Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. is hiring for full-time Construction and Remodeling Carpenters. The successful candidate will perform rough and finish carpentry, work in a team setting, and follow building and safety codes on innovative projects with competitive pay.

Responsibilities include framing and layout, drywall, door/window removal and installation, trim work, and demolition tasks. OSHA 10 certification and reliable transport are required, along with being fully tooled for the trade.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Candidate must be fully tooled for the trade.
• Prior construction experience is required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with metal stud installation and soffit installation is required.

Responsibilities

• Framing and layout.
• Production drywall and light taping; wall repair as needed.
• Door frames; removal and installation of doors and windows.
• Trim and molding installation.
• Tactical demolition of drywall, framing, cabinets, and trim.

Pay Range: $28 - $32 (Based upon experience)
