Reports To: Superintendent, Project Manager or Division Manager

Skilled Laborers are craftspersons that are proficient in all trades of construction, including but not limited to framing, insulation, hanging drywall, finish drywall, paint, finish trim and doors, flooring, exterior siding and trim, etc. They are responsible for managing the project and following the scope of work provided by the Project Manager or Division Manager and Superintendent. Must also be proficient at time management, material take offs, and customer communication.
Serving others in their time of need is not easy. We will need you to build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and find ways to work with a team to complete projects successfully. We also want a fun personality that enjoys getting results.
