C&A Tool Engineering, Inc. is seeking candidates for 1st shift polishing roles in Northeast Indiana (Auburn/Churubusco). Compensation starts at $18 per hour with potential for higher pay based on experience and training.

The position emphasizes hands-on workmanship with microscopes, micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators, and includes a comprehensive benefit package. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, meet vision requirements, and be able to stand for long periods while reading process
