Job summary

Sigma is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Seminole, OK, to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and welding systems, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot control systems with a focus on safety.

The role requires a technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work at Sigma facilities.

Qualifications

• Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Two years of industrial or facility maintenance experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge of welding (preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and welding systems.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components and control systems.
• Assemble, disassemble, clean, lubricate, and replace machine parts.
• Weld and repair structures, machinery, tanks, valves, and sheet metal.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Ensure maintenance work meets OSHA and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding repairs beyond scope.

Position Summary

What You'll Do

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field

Preferred:

• At least two (2) years of industrial or facility maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of welding
• Bilingual Spanish

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, and use of hands in repetitive motions
• Frequent reaching above shoulder level
• Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs
• Ability to work around moving mechanical parts, chemicals, fumes, and varying noise levels
• Work environments ranging from 35° to 95°+ Fahrenheit

Work Environment

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and either 2nd or 3rd Shift

Pay

21.39-26.54/hourly
