Sigma-US is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our equipment and production environment running smoothly and safely. This role offers daily hands-on work across mechanical, electrical, and welding systems within a global food organization.

You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot control systems, read blueprints, and ensure OSHA standards are met while supporting a safe, efficient plant operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and welding systems.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, including control systems.
• Assemble, disassemble, clean, lubricate, and replace machine parts.
• Weld and repair structures, machinery, tanks, valves, and sheet metal.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Ensure all maintenance work meets OSHA and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding repairs beyond scope.

What You’ll Do

Preferred

• At least two (2) years of industrial or facility maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of welding
• Bilingual Spanish

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, and use of hands in repetitive motions
• Frequent reaching above shoulder level
• Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawlingAbility to lift a minimum of 10 lbs
• Ability to work around moving mechanical parts, chemicals, fumes, and varying noise levels
• Work environments ranging from 35° to 95°+ Fahrenheit

Work Environment

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a 10:00 PM Start time

Pay

21.39-26.54 hourly
