Qualifications

• 1-3 years facilities and basic maintenance functions.
• Must be able to effectively communicate.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work independently to complete task.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver License and clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Two years trade school preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic, and general preventative maintenance on select equipment in all areas of the facility.
• Assist in examination of equipment and diagnose problems.
• Perform routine maintenance including repair or replacement of broken parts, including adjustments, cleaning and lubrication of equipment.
• Assigned P.M. work orders must be completed on time and by the end of the shift.
• Must be able to maintain established departmental policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement programs, and safety.
• Contribute to professional growth and development through participation in educational programs and training seminars.
• Performs Duties as assigned by Supervisor.
