Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear and valid Texas driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and write-ups.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating/air conditioning systems.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC equipment.
• Receive and complete work orders; estimate materials and labor.
• Inspect completed jobs and ensure areas are clean.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools/equipment and ensure safety.
• Follow safety procedures for lifting, climbing, and operating equipment.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
