Job summary

Quality Labor Management (QLM) is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, bulldozers, and backhoes on active construction sites. The role involves excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation, with duties including material handling and daily equipment inspections.

Candidates should have 2+ years of heavy equipment experience, be able to work under supervision, and adhere to OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• :
• 2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Operate heavy equipment such as Excavators, Skid Steers, Loaders, Bulldozers, and/or Backhoes

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment on active jobsites to perform excavation, grading, trenching and site preparation
• Load, move, and place dirt, gravel, debris, and other materials
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues
• Follow jobsite safety procedures and OSHA requirements
• Assist with general labor duties when equipment operation is not required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow directions from supervisors and foremen
