Job summary

Teichert, Inc. is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to safely operate dozers, scrapers, and loaders for earthmoving and material handling on site.

You will help maintain haul roads, stockpiles and excavation areas while following safety protocols and collaborating with the crew. Responsibilities include daily pre-operation inspections, equipment maintenance tasks, and clear communication with foremen to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment experience.
• Proficiency operating dozers, scrapers, and loaders.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and terrain.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers, scrapers, and loaders to move material.
• Maintain haul roads, stockpiles, and excavations.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections.
• Communicate with foremen using hand signals and radios.
• Assist with site maintenance and cleanup.
