Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide homework help and supervise children in after-school programs.
• Supervise attendance and monitor behavior.
• Assist tutors and activity specialists with managing records.
• Maintain supplies and participant documents.
• Attend program meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
