Job summary

Red Gold, Inc. is seeking a forklift operator to handle loading, unloading, transferring materials, and moving items between warehouses and production lines. The role requires adherence to safety standards and routine paperwork such as tally sheets and barcode scans.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years of forklift experience, and the ability to operate a lift truck safely. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ prior forklift experience.
• Must be able to use basic math and writing skills for paperwork.
• Should have working knowledge of warehouse operations or be trainable.
• Must operate a lift truck safely per plant rules.
• Must pass forklift training via written/driving tests.

Responsibilities

• Load/Unload/Transfer materials between areas.
• Operate forklift according to safety standards.
• Move materials to/from warehouse, production, and packaging lines.
• Unloads/loads shuttles and picks/stages orders.
• Remove pallets, tier sheets, and trash from areas.
• Complete required paperwork and scan materials via barcode tags.
