Qualifications

• Proven experience as forklift operator
• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• Valid certification to operate forklift preferred.
• Preferably one year experience in manufacturing setting working in a similar role.
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move materials and manage storage.
• Follow safety procedures and wear harness.
• Read schedules and tickets.
• Measure with tape to 16th inch.
• Work at elevated heights up to 20 ft.
• Move stock to pallets or crates for storage/shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality issues.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.
• Inspect machinery and perform routine maintenance for safety.
• Follow company policies and legal guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and orderly facility.
