Qualifications

• At least 1 year of mechanical experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and relatively clean driving record.
• Experience with vehicle maintenance, equipment maintenance, or small engine repair preferred.
• Mechanically inclined individuals with strong problem-solving abilities are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors in Arizona conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment and parts as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on company vehicles and equipment
• Complete oil changes, filter replacements, brake work, tires, and routine service tasks
• Diagnose and repair small engine issues
• Identify maintenance concerns before they become larger issues
• Keep the shop, yard, and work areas clean and organized
• Manage inventory and maintain organization of parts, tools, and supplies
• Assist with general handyman and facility maintenance projects
• Work closely with operations staff to minimize downtime across the fleet
