Harkins Theatres is seeking a Cook to consistently prepare high-quality dishes according to our recipes and standards. You will handle prep, plating, and garnishing while minimizing waste and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include communicating with guests and team members, staying current on brand offerings, and working in a fast-paced theater setting. Must be 18+, have a food handler’s card, and be available nights/holidays/weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Food handler’s card and/or food safety certification required.
• 1+ year of basic kitchen preparation experience preferred.
• Available to work nights, holidays and weekends.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, loud environment and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion food items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety guidelines.
• Stock items as needed, perform prep tasks, and assist with plating.
• Communicate clearly with guests, management, and team members.
• Follow menu specifications and portion sizes to ensure consistent presentation.
