Cornerstone Solutions Group in Dade City, FL, seeks an experienced Construction Worker to join our team on commercial projects ranging from minor hardscape features to large-scale amenity centers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling diverse tasks across multiple projects while meeting client deadlines.

Responsibilities include site preparation, general maintenance, tool management, and strict adherence to OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualificações

• Instruction following: follow verbal and written directions accurately.
• Construction experience: general construction/building experience.
• Physical stamina: withstand Florida heat and humidity.
• Focus and independence: work with minimal supervision yet as part of a team.
• Communication: proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Transportation: valid driver's license and access to travel to sites.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare job sites for construction, including cleanup and safety checks.
• Perform general site maintenance and keep areas clean.
• Manage tools and equipment, returning them after use.
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Work under foreman supervision to complete tasks efficiently.
• Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and spreading.
• Assist erection of structures and frameworks.
• Load, unload, and transport materials.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Dig trenches and excavations.
• Assist with formwork and shoring.
• Hardscaping tasks: install pavers, walls, patios, outdoor features.
