Job summary

Crisdel Group, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Construction Laborer to join our Tampa Team. Laborers perform physical tasks at construction sites, including shoveling, raking, hand sweeping and assisting with setting bracing and forming.

You may operate tools such as small hand or power tools, jack hammers, cement mixers and more. The successful candidate will work safely under Crisdel's Safety Program and Employment Handbook, contributing to a productive job site and a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle records check, and criminal background check required.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor tasks at construction sites (e.g., shoveling, raking, hand sweeping, setting bracing, forming, rigging, tying, cutting, patching and cleaning).
• Operate or use tools such as small hand or power tools, air tools, jack hammers, cement mixers, hand tampers and saws as needed.
• Adhere to Crisdel's Safety Program & Guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe, productive job site.
• Report to work on time and follow verbal and written instructions as part of a positive, responsible team.
