Qualifications

• CDL Class A preferred; we will work with the right candidate.
• 2–3 years operating skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts in construction or landscape settings.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in last 3 years; insurable under company policy.
• Ability to use digital tracking tools (ADP or Inventory Apps) for timekeeping and asset tracking.
• Strong understanding of OSHA load-securing standards and trailer safety.

Responsibilities

• Transport, load, haul, and unload heavy equipment using gooseneck trailers and dump trucks.
• Coordinate material delivery to job sites according to production schedule.
• Assist crew by operating machinery for site prep, grading, and material staging.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and weekly maintenance checks on trucks and trailers.
• Maintain tool inventory for all support vehicles and ensure gear is tracked and returned.
• Coordinate material pickups from local vendors and nurseries and ensure loads are signed for.
