Qualifications

• Previous construction site experience is a plus.

• Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain safety compliance and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Power the Project: perform essential physical labor and critical site tasks.
• Material Handling: unload and transport materials across the jobsite.
• Site Maintenance: keep workspace clean and safe, manage trash removal.
• Landscaping: assist with sod, planting, trimming, and mowing.
• Safety First: flag traffic and maintain site security.
• Tool Operation: use rakes, shovels, and small power tools.
