K Construction, a family-owned Kansas builder, is seeking reliable skilled construction laborers. You will join experienced crews to work on post-frame, steel-frame, residential, agricultural, and commercial projects across Kansas, assisting from site prep to finishing work.

Qualifications

• Prev construction, carpentry, framing, roofing, agricultural building, or general labor experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of tools, materials and jobsite safety.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new construction skills and techniques.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Able to lift, carry, climb, bend and perform physically demanding work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Skilled Construction Laborer

Location:

Alta Vista, KS -- Field-based work on construction projects throughout the surrounding Kansas communities.

We are looking for dependable and hardworking laborers to join our construction team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced crew members to build post-frame, steel-frame, residential, agricultural, and commercial structures. You will assist with projects throughout the construction process, from preparing the jobsite and handling materials to framing, installing building components, and completing finish work.

Key Responsibilities
