Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies seeks skilled carpenters with experience in concrete formwork, rebar, embeds and anchor bolts for commercial infrastructure projects. You will follow project plans, lay out forms, and ensure accurate concrete placement and finishing while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires minimum 3 years of carpentry experience, familiarity with NCCER certifications, and readiness to work on-site on large-scale construction sites.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working as a carpenter or similar craft with knowledge of concrete structures.
• Must have all necessary tools as per the Industrial Carpenter tool list.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, assemble and install forms, rebar, embeds and anchor bolts according to plans and specifications.
• Pour, finish and patch concrete surfaces to required textures and standards.
• Maintain safety through engagement in pre-job planning, safety discussions and use of proper PPE.
• Coordinate with crew and other trades to ensure alignment with project plans.
