B&B Concrete is seeking a Commercial Concrete Carpenter to perform a range of carpentry tasks related to prepping, pouring, placing and finishing concrete. Responsibilities include form building for floors, walls and columns, setting elevations and aiding reinforcing work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures.
• Set and place forms to elevations and locations; assist with reinforcing steel.
• Erect forms using various materials and forming systems (symon forms).
• Verify structure accuracy with plumb bob, level, laser or transit.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for work at height.
• Communicate with Foreman/Project Manager about issues and safety.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
