Job summary

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and prints for concrete work.
• Build/assemble wood or metal forms for floors, slabs, walls, and columns.
• Set forms to elevations; assist with reinforcing steel as needed.
• Erect forms using various materials and systems, primarily symon forms.
• Verify accuracy with plumb bob, level, laser or transit; signal concrete delivery as needed.
• Maintain safe access with scaffolding and ladders; communicate issues to leaders.
• Ensure equipment is safe; observe all safety policies.
• Assist with placement of concrete; perform other duties as assigned.
