Flexicon in Bethlehem, PA is seeking an experienced CNC/Manual Machine Operator to set up and run CNC lathes, mills, and manual machines. You will read blueprints and G-code, verify dimensions, and ensure high-quality parts while adhering to safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of machining experience, ability to read engineering drawings, and proficient measuring skills. This role requires a detail-oriented, independent worker committed to quality and on-time production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certificate preferred.
• 3+ years of machining experience (CNC and manual preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and G-code.
• Strong knowledge of machining principles, materials, and tooling.
• Proficiency in measuring tools and basic shop math.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and manual machines.
• Machine parts within specified tolerances and production standards.
• Perform in-process inspections with precision instruments.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve processes.
