Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and troubleshoot CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T; select tooling, fixtures, and offsets.
• Edit CNC programs and adjust tooling to optimize performance.
• Perform first‑piece, in‑process, and final inspections with precision instruments.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor less experienced machinists as needed.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
