Qualifications

• Experience setting up CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision parts.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and specs.
• Proficient use of bench gauges for inspection and measurement.
• Adherence to Standard Work and safety regulations.
• Capable of light preventative maintenance and documenting actions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling and turning machines.
• Inspect finished parts using bench gauges to verify specifications.
• Follow Standard Work across setup, operation, verification, inspection, and handling.
• Perform light preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Report safety issues promptly and participate in corrective actions as needed.
