Position Title: CNC Machinist

Salary: $49,920-$54,080 per year

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3:30pm-2:00am

QPS Employment Group has a great CNC Machinist position available at a company in Quincy, IL. This is a 2nd shift, direct hire position.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Verifies that all products produced meet customer specifications and are in accordance with Company quality standards.
2. Programs, performs set-up, and operates CNC lathes.
3. Operates a variety of machines when needed.
4. Reads blueprints and gauges.
5. Provides assistance to co-workers as needed, in the spirit of teamwork, with the goal of meeting or exceeding customer requirements.
6. Supports and promotes a team environment.
7. Meets or exceeds all production and quality standards.
8. Performs all other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

CNC Machinist Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2. At least 1 year of CNC Lathe programming, set-up, and operating experience.
