Job description

Position Title: CNC Machinist

Wage: $23.00-$32.00 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Hours: 5:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Thurs); 3:15pm-1:45am (Mon-Thurs); 6:00am-6:30pm (Fri-Sun)

A great company in Fenton, MO is hiring CNC Machinists for 1st and 2nd shift, paying $23-$32/hr., with weekly pay! Work 4x10s in a clean, climate-controlled facility with cutting-edge Haas, Okuma, and Tsugami Swiss machines. 2nd shift earns a premium and offers modern machining with real rewards. This position has the opportunity for hire.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Operate various machines, including CNC Swiss Lathes and Mills to finish parts or prepare for the next operation.
2. Work from blueprints, part prints, drawings, and verbal instructions.
3. Use precision tools and instruments.
4. Capable of working to tight tolerances.
5. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition; follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.

CNC Machinist Requirements:

1. Prefer 1-3 years' experience with setup and operation of CNC machines, but training will be provided.
2. Possess strong math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of numbers, including decimals and fractions. Ability to reference formulas, charts, shop prints, and specifications.
3. Effective communication skills with team members.
4. Experience with Haas, Okuma, or Tsugami Swiss machines is beneficial but not required.
