We are looking to add a CNC Machinist II to our team on 3rd shift. If you enjoy working in a startup environment and are passionate about developing cutting-edge hardware for aerospace applications, we want to hear from you.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Machining high-quality parts.
  • Reading and following technical drawings and 3D CAD models.
  • Inspecting and documenting your manufactured parts.
  • Checking machinery is in good working order before shifts.
  • Performing machine setups for manufacturing.
  • Making necessary edits to programs or setups.
  • Performing all required machine maintenance and proper equipment use.
  • Adhering to safety standards.
  • Reporting safety or maintenance concerns immediately.
  • Keeping work areas clean and organized.
Job Requirements and Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience as a CNC Machinist working with high-precision parts.
  • High School diploma or GED; Associate's Degree in Machining Technology preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (standing, bending, lifting 25 lbs. regularly).
  • Familiarity with precision measurement tools.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, team-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good math skills.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Availability for overtime as needed.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Haas and/or Mazak machines.
