Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of production or machinery experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals and technical diagrams.
• Basic arithmetic for measurements and calculations.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate machines according to blueprints or work orders.
• Load materials and feed equipment safely and continuously.
• Inspect finished items using basic measuring tools to verify size and shape.
• Clean, lubricate, and perform minor troubleshooting on equipment.
• Log production output and equipment performance in records.
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE at all times.
