Ryann Reed Design Build is seeking a skilled carpenter to join our production team on high-end residential remodeling projects in Bucks County. You will deliver exceptional craftsmanship on kitchens, baths, additions, basements, and full-home renovations, with a clear path to Lead Carpenter and outcomes driven by quality.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of carpentry, read blueprints, and take pride in detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience.
• Strong skills in framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, and custom woodworking.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Lead Carpenter or crew leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom woodworking
• Read and follow blueprints, plans, and scopes of work
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Carpenters, and subcontractors
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites; communicate progress and material needs daily
• Support and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed
