Ryann Reed Design Build is seeking a skilled carpenter to join our production team for high-end residential remodels. Expect to handle framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, and related tasks on kitchens, baths, basements, and additions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience.
• Strong skills across framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, and custom woodworking.
• High standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom woodworking
• Execute work on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home remodels
• Read and follow blueprints, plans, and scopes of work
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Carpenters, and subcontractors
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites; communicate progress and material needs daily
• Support and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed
