Ryann Reed Design Build in Yardley, PA is seeking a Skilled Carpenter to join our production team and deliver exceptional craftsmanship on high-end residential remodeling projects. This role offers growth toward Lead Carpenter responsibilities and advancement within our tight-knit team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential carpentry, strong framing, cabinetry, drywall, and finish carpentry, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience.
Strong skills across framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, and custom woodworking.
High standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and efficiency.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Lead Carpenter or crew leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom woodwork.
Read and follow blueprints, plans, and scopes of work.
Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Carpenters, and subcontractors.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites; communicate progress and material needs daily.
Support and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed.
