The role involves framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom woodworking on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home remodels. Read blueprints, collaborate with PMs, designers, and subcontractors; maintain safe, organized sites;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience
• Strong skills across framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, and custom woodworking
• High standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and efficiency
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Lead Carpenter or crew leadership experience preferred

• Perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom woodworking
• Woodworking
• Execute work on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home remodels
• Read and follow blueprints, plans, and scopes of work
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Carpenters, and subcontractors
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites; communicate progress and material needs daily
• Support and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed
