Qualifications

• Proven professional carpentry experience.
• Ability to perform multiple stages of remodeling, from layout and framing through installation and finish work.
• Ability to read and work from plans or blueprints.
• Proficiency with standard carpentry tools and equipment.
• Personal hand tools and a basic tool belt.
• Dependable, professional, and team‑oriented approach.
• Willingness to take direction and continue developing your skills.
• Ability to perform residential construction work that regularly involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, carrying materials, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet company driving requirements when operating a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential carpentry and remodeling work, including framing, cabinetry, trim, installation, and detailed finish work.
• Read and follow plans or blueprints to complete work according to project specifications.
• Complete layouts and support multiple stages of the remodeling process.
• Work with project leads and team members to keep projects moving on schedule.
• Deliver work that meets company standards for craftsmanship and quality.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in clients' homes.
• Operate carpentry tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Properly maintain and store tools and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients on the job site.
• Follow company procedures and client expectations throughout each project.
