Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, measure twice, cut once with precision.
• Frame walls, set anchor bolts, ensure square and solid structures.
• Lay out footers, pour concrete, finish surfaces.
• Install sheathing, weatherproofing, and siding for durability.
• Hang drywall, install doors, trim, and hardware for finishing spaces.
• Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and carpenters to keep projects moving.
• Identify hazards and maintain a safe, organized job site.
• Maintain a tidy workspace and document workmanship quality.
